Spruce Boost Breathing Balm is an aromatic rub designed for everyday use.
Made with a blend of essential oils (black spruce, ravintsara, and eucalyptus radiata) that were specifically chosen for their cineole content. The base is all natural and petroleum-free.
Rub it on and take a few slow breaths through your nose. Let the alpine spruce and cooling menthol do the rest.

How to use
Scoop a small amount with your finger, rub it onto your chest or neck, and then take a few deep breaths through your nose. My favorite time to use the balm is before my daily run or walk outside! I also like to apply it first thing in the morning to get my day started. Reapply as often as you like throughout the day.
Before you use
Contains essential oils. Before your first full use, apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin. Not for use on children under 3, or while pregnant or nursing without consulting a doctor. Keep away from eyes.
